Every building we put up gets a metal roof, and most of them are ag panel — tough, straightforward steel that sheds Missouri and Kansas weather for decades with almost no upkeep, at a fraction of what a second and third shingle tear-off costs over the same span. We’ve been doing that work on our own builds for years. Now we’re offering it on its own: new roofs and re-roofs on buildings we didn’t build — barns, shops, outbuildings, and houses.
Ag panel, detailed properly
The panel is the easy part — screw pattern, closures, ridge and eave flashing, and valley work are what keep water out. That detailing is where a metal roof is won or lost, and it’s the part we don’t rush.
Now offered on its own
Until now this came bundled into a Barnhouse build. If you already have a building that needs a roof, we’ll come measure, quote the panel and trim, and put our own crew on it — no subcontractor handoff in the middle.
